Kimberly and Patrick were married on October 8th 2011.
Now I know what you are thinking, a little risky to have a wedding in
October because of the weather.
BUT this day could have been in the middle of July.
These two could not have asked for a better day, absolutely beautiful!
I am so happy I could be in this wedding and capture the pictures that I did, Kim thank you for allowing me to have my camera with me most of the time :)
Kim and her sister worked so hard at making all the flowers for the wedding.
I heard they went to every Michaels within reasonable driving distance and
wiped them out of orange flowers.
It was well worth it because the flowers were perfect.
Kim's very first big purchase for the wedding was her dress.
She knew right away that is was the one and it fit her like a glove.
She was stunning in it!
Here are a few more important details of the wedding that can't go unnoticed.
What a very special thing to have your sister do your hair on your wedding day.
These two were having so much fun!
The newest thing with bridesmaid dresses are ones that convert
into any style that the bridesmaid desires.
However to put this dress on requires much skill and many hands,
it was an interesting time getting everyone dressed.
The fun of getting into the dresses moved upstairs when Kim was ready to get into hers :)
This next picture is of the surprise of the morning.
Kim's dad said he wasn't going to wear an orange tie for the day but
Surprise!
Kim was so excited when she saw her dad come out wearing this!!
The flower girls were from Patrick's church and they could not have been cuter!
Because I had the pleasure of being a bridesmaid Josh was given the camera to capture the first kiss!
After the ceremony we headed to the grounds and had a blast taking pictures!
The photographers were so nice to let me spend the day capturing images with them.
Here are the few I was able to capture!
After the sun started to set we headed to the reception!
It was amazing! Great food and amazing music :)
Josh was able to snag my camera for some of the day while I was being a bridesmaid and he captured these beautiful shots!
I am so happy for you Kim and Patrick and I wish you only the best in your years to come!
With Love,
Megan
